Guwahati, April 5: In a major search operation the state excise department on Tuesday seized around 30 boxes of illegal Korean liquor at Kori's Restaurant in Zoo Road.
Reportedly, for several months the restaurant was allegedly selling Korean liquor illegally.
According to excise officials the Market Retail Price (MRP) of the liquor is Rs. 300 per bottle.
It may be mentioned that Kori's is a restaurant that specialises in Korean cuisines.
