That day, I woke up very early in the morning as I had to complete several assignments for school and had to also prepare for my upcoming pre-Boards. After studying for four hours at a stretch, I was exhausted. I was not able to read or remember anything.
Then, suddenly, my eyes fell on a bird; it was trying to catch something in the pond. I took out a pair of binoculars to have a good look at it. Unfortunately, the bird was unable to catch anything for a long time; it tried for nearly 15 times, but it continued failing.
The thought of doing something else started coming to my mind, when, all of a sudden, I saw that the bird had caught something and flown away. That simple incident brought a smile on my lips and inspired me to never give up until I have finished my task.
Soon after that, we had our exams. I found one question very difficult. I remembered the bird and was inspired to try harder. At last, I was able to come up with a good answer. I was very happy and pleased with myself. This lesson taught me that we can find inspiration from the world around us. For that, we have to be observant. Indeed, the world is a source of wonder and knowledge.
